Shortly after completing their training one of our new offices asked me: “what does ‘clients for life’ really mean? Isn’t our entire service designed so that they don’t become repeat clients? That they get out of debt and never face further financial challenges again?”
I thought this was a great question and if one of our new offices didn’t understand it then we needed to better communicate the message.
The 4 Pillars commitment is when you engage our services you will become a “client for life.”
The client for life approach recognizes that moving from financial challenges to financial stability is a journey and takes time and commitment from both parties.
Unlike many businesses, we never want our clients to be repeat customers—but we are always available for guidance and advice long after our services are complete.
Clients for life means different things to different people, here is our philosophy:
- The debt solutions we recommend to our clients is the same advice we would give to our mother, father, or close friend.
- One size doesn’t fit all. Everyone’s situation is different and we will find the right solutions for the needs of our client’s individual situation, not the simplest solution to offer.
- The advice we offer will rectify the short term financial challenges and always bring our clients long-term financial dreams closer.
- There is no pressure for anyone to sign a contract for our service and you are encouraged to take the time you need to make the right decision for you and your family.
- We will always be completely transparent with the fees we charge and our clients will never be surprised by hidden fees.
- We are not lawyers and don’t charge by the hour. We see a call from an old customer as an opportunity to reconnect not to bill for the time spent.
- Our sole mandate is to represent our clients and will never receive compensation from a creditor or anyone representing the creditors when creating a solution to deal with debt.
These are the values all of us at 4 Pillars stand by and what we believe creates a client for life. This is how we sleep soundly at night knowing we will always do the right thing for our clients.
Our business is built on referrals from past clients and other professionals in the financial service industry. Our clients for life philosophy is something that we stand by and which sets us apart in an industry that can be very confusing for a consumer facing the emotions and stress of a financial crisis.
