The 4 Pillars Institute offers the following courses for people wanting employment opportunities at 4 Pillars:
- Length: 1 Day
- Prerequisite: None
- Course Description: Individuals learn about the industry, the brand, the company and the software including office best practices & strategies for answering phones, booking appointments and dealing with cancellations.
- Length: 2 Day
- Prerequisite: Introduction to 4 Pillars – Course 101
- Course Description: As the first point of contact with 4 Pillars - Individuals learn about the importance of conducting affective lead calls, qualifying leads, ensuring qualified leads are converted into lead meetings. Provide individuals with critical industry knowledge and essential communication strategies to gather important client information while building trust and rapport.
- Length: 2 Day
- Prerequisite: Lead Call Specialist – Course 201
- Course Description: Individuals learn about the importance of gathering accurate and timely client data, setting realistic client expectations and preparing files for submission to Trustees. In addition, they learn how to deal with payment collection, conduct Trustee meetings, and handle delinquent client accounts while providing an excellent customer care experience.
- Length: 2 Day
- Prerequisite: Lead Call Specialist – Course 201
- Course Description: Individuals are provided with an in-depth knowledge of the industry, and how to conduct affective client consultation meetings ensuring qualified leads are converted into clients. Individuals learn essential communication strategies to present client options, credit rebuilding, the 4 Pillars program while building trust and rapport.
